Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By placing an order with Peptique, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Peptique are supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you are of legal age and that use of the products complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Peptique accepts no liability for misuse.

3. Orders

Orders are submitted through our secure checkout. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase and remains subject to acceptance, stock verification, payment completion, and delivery availability. Peptique may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock, payment, pricing, or delivery issues. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and Payment Link on Delivery. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Orders may be withheld or cancelled if payment cannot be completed or verified.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Peptique is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, access restrictions, or incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer.

7. Storage and handling

Peptique uses delivery arrangements intended to maintain an appropriate temperature during transit. Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to the buyer. Peptique accepts no liability for degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Peptique's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Peptique is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
