Refund Policy

1. Cash on Delivery

Inspect your order at the point of delivery before accepting it. If packaging is visibly damaged or the incorrect item has been delivered, you may refuse the delivery. Once accepted, Cash on Delivery orders are final.

2. Payment Link Orders

Inspect your order at the point of delivery before completing payment. If packaging is visibly damaged or the incorrect item has been delivered, you may refuse the delivery. Once payment is completed and the delivery is accepted, Payment Link orders are final.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will assess and dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible.

4. No Returns on Opened Vials

For hygiene and research integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on vials that have been opened or reconstituted. Please verify your order details at delivery before opening any product.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch by emailing us. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
