How to Reconstitute a Vial
Check the total peptide amount printed on the vial label and select the matching amount in the calculator.
Add your chosen volume of bacteriostatic water. More water produces a more dilute solution and more units per mg; less water produces a higher concentration and fewer units. A standard vial typically holds no more than 3 mL.
Gently swirl the vial or roll it between your palms until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake.
Use the calculator above to find how many units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe for the target research dose.
Store the reconstituted vial refrigerated at 2–8°C between research draws. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
Some reconstituted compounds may temporarily appear hazy or more viscous after refrigeration. If this persists after gentle rolling, contact Peptique.
