When you browse the website, request an availability alert, or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, alert preferences, order details, selected payment method, communications, and technical information required to operate the website and checkout. Card details are processed by the applicable payment provider; Peptique does not receive or store complete card details.
We use your information to administer checkout, process and deliver orders, send availability alerts you request, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. An availability alert is limited to the selected product and can be cancelled at any time. Marketing communications are sent only where you have provided separate consent.
Information may be shared with Shopify, Stoq, Google Workspace, payment service providers, delivery partners, communications providers, and other service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the website and checkout, send requested alerts, process payment, fulfil an order, provide support, or meet applicable obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Order and customer information is retained within Shopify and relevant service-provider systems for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, customer service, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Availability-alert information is retained until the alert is sent, cancelled, or no longer reasonably required. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting contact@peptique.ae, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain.
The website and Shopify checkout may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for security, checkout, language preferences, and core functionality. Calculator and display preferences may also be stored locally in your browser.
